First in a bowl add all ingredients of dough.(flour , salt , cumin seeds , baking powder , baking soda , oil , curd) .Mix well and knead a dough using required water.
Cover it and keep aside.
In a pan heat oil.Add cumin seeds, When they cracks, Add onion, Stir for half a min. Add ginger, garlic, green chilli, Stir, Add chopped tomato and all spices.Stir well.Add grated /crumbled paneer.Mix well...stir/Cook for a min.add lemon juice and chopped coriander then switch off the flame .Stuffing is ready.
Knead dough again. Divide it into 6 portions.Roll it like puri, and cut with any circle shaped utensil/mould.
Place prepared stuffing in center, Place a small cheese cube and cover it nicely.Make all similarly.
Now in a small bowl add butter, tandoori masala, and black/white sesame seeds. Mix well,. and brush on prepared balls.
Bake for 20mins...On 180℃.Convection mode.
cheesy paneer bomb is ready.Serve hot with green chilli sauce or with ketchup.
